Returns, Exchanges & Credits
Serendipity is committed to providing quality products to our customers. All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers.
If goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.
We do not refund, exchange or issue credit for change of mind, unless the goods are faulty, or have been sent incorrectly.
Before purchasing your item, please check our sizing guide. This will ensure you choose the right size.
If you receive a faulty or incorrect garment please email us at email@example.com including proof of purchase and style number of item within 7 days of purchase.
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted after 7 days. Please package item carefully. The item must be in original condition with all labels and swings tags still attached. Damaged, worn or altered garments will not be exchanged, credited or refunded and will be returned to the customer.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or an incorrect item was received. Serendipity is not responsible for items lost in transit while being returned. We strongly suggest using a tracked courier service. Once items have been received and checked, we will endeavour to process your refund or exchange within 7 days. You will be notified via email when this transaction has taken place.
